To bypass the proxy for sure domains, a NO_PROXY setting variable might be set to a comma-separated listing of domains to not proxy traffic for. By default, site visitors to localhost is not going to be proxied. To make Cypress ship traffic for localhost through the proxy, move <-loopback> in NO_PROXY.
